SpaKist utilizes a secure server to process your orders and personal information. All data is encrypted before it is sent over from the internet, making it completely secure. PURCHASE POLICY

Payment methods
All SpaKist transactions are processed in US dollars ($/USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, SpaKist gift cards, SpaWish gift cards & gift certificates, SpaFinder gift cards & gift certificates, Spa & Salon Wish gift cards & certificates. The gift certificates & gift cards have no expiration date for use on SpaKist.com. The total value of gifts used must be redeemed on one order. Any unused balances will be forfeited.

SpaKist Gift Cards
Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This card is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Neither SpaKist nor any promotional partner is responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this card. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. Face value of card is in US dollars. When properly authorized, this card may be redeemed for products & merchandise online at www.SpaKist.com. This card has no expiration date. The total value of a SpaKist gift card must be redeemed on one order. Any unused balance will be forfeited. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping
All merchandise is shipped trackable via the US Postal Service either Priority mail or Parcel Post. Average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is FREE on orders over $85. Shipping is $5.95 for purchases up to $50; shipping is $8.95 for purchases $50.01 to $85. If you desire expedited shipping, please contact customer support for a quote on 2 business day shipping (It won't be cheap!) at info@spakist.com or 856-802-0222, Mon-Thu 8am-4pm (EST).

Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns on merchandise. However, if an item is damaged during shipment, please contact a SpaKist customer service representative at 856-802-0222 or info@spakist.com to arrange for a replacement. Reference your order # and details. If an item is out of stock, SpaKist reserves the right to include a substitute item of equivalent or greater value.

Customer Service
After checkout, SpaKist may take 1-2 business days to validate your payment method. Validated orders will be shipped within 4 days of submission. You may be contacted via email and/or phone should your payment fail or needs further clarification.
